Job Summary:

As a Cleaning Assistant at Juniper Property Rentals, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our portfolio of short-term rental and holiday properties. You will be responsible for ensuring all properties are cleaned to a professional standard between guest stays, with attention to detail and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for every visitor.

Drivers Essential, due to location

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms in rental properties Change and launder bed linens and towels to company standards Restock amenities (toiletries, kitchen items, etc.) Conduct final room checks to ensure everything is guest-ready Report any maintenance issues, damages, or inventory needs to management Follow cleaning checklists and adhere to company procedures Ensure cleaning is completed within allocated timeframes Handle keys responsibly and ensure security protocols are followed

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience (ideally in hospitality, hotels, or rentals) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and reliably Own transport preferred due to multiple property locations Flexibility to work alternate weekends and public holidays Positive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards The position is a self employed contract.
