Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as required. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as necessary. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as needed to perform cleaning services.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
