Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is desirable for transportation between job sites. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are essential for success in this role.

12.75 per hour; 15hrs a week; paid every 4 weeks via BACs
