Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our customers premises ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in a social hub, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a positive relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to their needs. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Skills

Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times. Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs.
