JOB INFORMATION

Location: Based in Bellshill but covering Central Belt of Scotland

Starting salary of 13ph

Full time - Minimum of 30+ hours per week

Mon to Fri; Shift patterns will vary depending on the needs of the business, this may include a 6am start or a 8pm finish some days.

Ideally suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors using exterior cleaning equipment, doing 'handyman/labourer' type duties and willing to be embrace a variety of work tasks mainly related to cleaning & property maintenance.

Immediate start

You will NEED a clean driving license, with no points to be able to drive the company van. If you are willing to use your own car you will be paid mileage allowance to cover the cost of fuel.

Exterior cleaning of buildings, retail parks & industrial premises

Property maintenance tasks such as building furniture, general repairs and doing 'handyman/labourer' type duties

Mobile support for commercial & exterior cleaning and maintenance

Maintaining equipment & supplies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 years cleaning & maintenance experience
Hard Working/Positive Attitude
Great communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Self Motivated/Can use initiative
Team player

DRIVING LICENSE and Excellent attendance/time keeping is a MUST
