Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of waste materials appropriately and maintain waste disposal areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand cleaning requirements. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between locations. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
