Job Overview

West Midlands - Birmingham

To clean and maintain our portfolio of supported accommodation programmes to ensure that they operate as smoothly and effectively as possible.

Responsibilities & Duties

Cleaning of rooms/properties as directed, ensuring that all rooms/properties are of a good clean standard. Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents. Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly. Check kitchen appliances are clean and free from hazards and common part areas are free from hazards. Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained. Report any repairs to the maintenance office team. Support when no lone working is required Carry out sharps sweeps Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required. Any other tasks deemed necessary to the business.
