Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or requests from clients politely and professionally.

Requirements

Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to drive may be beneficial for roles requiring travel between locations. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: 13.16-16.00 per hour
