Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Requirements
Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet client needs.
