To ensure that designated areas are cleaned to a high standard in line with site requirements and health & safety regulations, providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standards as per the cleaning schedule.
Ensure all areas such as offices, washrooms, mall areas, corridors, and communal areas are cleaned and maintained.
Replenish consumables such as toilet rolls, soaps, and paper towels.
Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with training and company procedures.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow company and site-specific health and safety procedures at all times.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use.
Comply with site security procedures, including wearing the correct uniform and identification.
Person Specification:
Essential:
Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential - training provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Willingness to undergo training
Desirable:
Knowledge of COSHH regulations
Experience using cleaning machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums)
Additional Information:
Uniform and PPE will be provided.
Full training will be given on induction.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
