We are currently seeking two Cleaning Operatives to support a residential care facility in the BT8 7RH area. This is a temporary role based in a live-in environment where maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is essential.

Shift Pattern:

4 shifts per week (on a rota basis) Alternate weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and staff areas Adhering to infection prevention and control procedures Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Reporting any cleanliness or maintenance issues

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred (experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage) Enhanced AccessNI check required prior to start Ability to work independently and manage duties effectively Professional, discreet, and respectful when working around residents

Additional Information:

All necessary training and uniform will be provided This role is subject to a clear Enhanced AccessNI check to ensure eligibility to work in regulated activity. A criminal record will not necessarily bar an applicant from employment.
