Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying attention to detail. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
