Job Summary
Regency FM is currently in the process of recruiting for a commercial carpet cleaner and operative to join us at an exciting time, as we expand our company and services.
This is a "Variable Hours" role. The successful candidate should:
be able to inspect and assess carpets to assess the level of cleaning vacuum to remove loose dirt and debris apply the correct cleaning solutions using the appropriate equipment use specialised tools to remove stubborn stains and dirt be able to rinse and dry thoroughly to remove solutions and residue.
In addition, the role will also include (but not be limited to) commercial cleaning, removals and heavy lifting.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
