Northern Commercial Cleaning are looking for dedicated cleaning professionals to provide their services to local private residents and businesses.
You will need to have the following:
UK driving license and your own transport An up to date DBS A current public liability insurance certificate
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
dusting and polishing furniture cleaning windows vacuuming carpets mopping floor tiles loading and unloading washing machines ironing and putting away clothes making and changing beds washing up pots and pans sweeping outside areas emptying rubbish bins tidying up generally End of tenancy cleaning Deep/Spring Clean Run errands for our clients Manage own accounting and ensure your tax/NI is paid Any other ad hoc duties our clients may require
Responsibilities and Duties
As a cleaner, you need:
To enjoy doing practical tasks Knowledge of using different cleaning equipment and materials. Fitness and stamina; you'll be on your feet a lot, and the job will usually involve kneeling, lifting, bending and stretching. To be well organised so you can develop an effective routine. The ability to work without supervision. To pay attention to detail. To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if necessary Have a flexible approach to the hours you work and must be available days, evenings and sometimes weekends (you will be given your schedule at least 48 hours in advance)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
