LCC is looking for experienced

Cleaners
to join our team at a new site based in Salford Manchester. This role involves delivering high-standard cleans to properties prior to handover , based in a construction environment -- with a strong focus onpresentation, detail, and cleanliness
.Hourly Pay can increase based on timings and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform builders
cleaning
to newly built apartments Ensure all areas (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, windows, frames, skirtings, sockets) are free from paint, dust, plaster etc Follow a set cleaning checklist and complete sign-off forms Work within strict timeframes and to handover schedules Use the company app for clocking in/out and tracking tasks Work as part of a team under supervisor directionRequirements
CSCS Card
- must already have or be willing to obtain this weekPrevious cleaning experience essential
- preferably on new-build or sparkle clean sites Excellent eye for detail - must take pride in presentation Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Confident using a smartphone app for logging work Able to follow instructions and work to a consistent standardJob Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 13.20 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Licence/Certification:
