Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong command of English to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to respond positively to client needs and feedback.
