Adept Corporate Services are looking for a

Cleaning Operative

who has cleaning experience to work shifts from 5am - 7.30am, Monday to Friday. The right candidate will be offered a permanent contract for 12.5 hours per week

Key Duties:

Dusting, cleaning, and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings. Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning floors, toilets and rooms. Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt. Complying with all Health & Safety policies and procedures including COSHH and RAMS that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks. Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment. Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately. Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.

Ideal Candidate:

Must be in possession of an

Enhanced DBS.

Cleaning Experience

- cleaning experience in offices.

Professional Appearance:

Must maintain a smart, professional appearance and be in uniform at all times on site.

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with the team, contractors and customers.

Health & Safety Awareness:

A strong focus on Health & safety and risk management.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 12.5 per week
