Job Description
We have an Cleaning Operative role vacant at our clients site Smurfit Westrock Diss. The main purpose of the job is to work as part of a team or individually to carry out manual cleaning of facilities within a warehouse setting.
The role is for 10 hours Monday- Friday 0600-0800.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe working environment Adhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirements Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and emptying of waste bins Dusting and wiping furniture, ledges, chairs, and skirting boards Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces, manually Report anything in need of repair or replacement Keep designated cleaning areas and spaces clean and tidy at all times and store all cleaning materials safely Record all cleaning tasks as directed Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors, and visitors to the site You will report to the Service Delivery Manager
