Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Drive to different locations as required for cleaning assignments (driving licence preferred).

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Strong command of the English language for effective communication with clients and team members. Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
