Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties within commercial and residential properties. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact positively with clients and staff to address any cleaning-related concerns or requests. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
