Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across a new premises. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the facilities are hygienic, welcoming, and well-presented for clients and staff alike. Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are desirable.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas Ensure waste disposal is carried out efficiently and correctly Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact professionally with colleagues and clients Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Customer service skills are beneficial for roles involving interaction with clients or visitors

13.00 per hour, 4 weekly pay

10 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 5pm.

20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro-rota)

Full training, and uniform is provided.
