We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and tidy. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact with clients in a courteous manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between sites. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
