Position: Out of hours Cleaning Operative

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks in Commercial & Airbnb properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring high hygiene standards are maintained. Make beds, change linens, and handle laundry. Organise and declutter living spaces, paying attention to personal belongings and special requests from clients. Collaborate closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding safety, security, and confidentiality. Strive to exceed customer expectations, leaving a lasting impression of cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements:

MUST be a driver, due to come locations not being accessible via public transport Previous experience in cleaning is preferred, but not essential. Strong attention to detail is an absolute necessity and the ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. A friendly and approachable demeanour, providing exceptional customer service with a smile. Reliable and trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' privacy. Physical stamina and the ability to handle various cleaning equipment and tools. Good understanding of English, both written and spoken. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport. Must be willing to perform a DBS check
