Mission

To deliver high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the internal and external areas of Three Hills Sports Park, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment that supports an exceptional experience for all visitors, staff, and community users.

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks across internal and external areas. Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep, mop, and polish hard floors. Clean and dust surfaces, furniture, ledges, fixtures, and fittings. Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are stocked and presentable. Follow COSHH, RIDDOR, and Health & Safety regulations at all times. Use appropriate PPE and equipment safely, reporting faults immediately. Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and customers. Ensure all cleaning materials and tools are cleaned and stored securely.

About You - The Ideal Candidate

You'll have an eye for detail, a commitment to high hygiene standards, and the ability to work independently. You will also:

Have previous cleaning or janitorial experience (essential). Have worked in a public, sport, or leisure environment (desirable). Be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Understand health and safety practices (training provided). Be reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in your work.

Working Hours/Pattern/Contract/Salary:

20 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm (hours may be discussed at interview). Full-time equivalent working hours for the role are 37.5 per week. 12.94 per hour (pro rata) FTE equivalent 25,272 per annum Immediate Start.
