What you'll do:

Deliver high standards of cleaning to maintain a hygienic and fresh environment for staff, clients, and visitors. Follow cleaning routines while proactively identifying and addressing areas requiring attention. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and promptly report any incidents, complaints, or compliments. Communicate politely and professionally with all site users, ensuring excellent customer service. Support team operations by assisting with training new staff, attending meetings, and covering shifts as needed. Adhere to Sodexo and client policies, including health, safety, hygiene, and site regulations.

What you bring:

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite, professional, and courteous manner. Maintain a smart appearance in uniform, upholding high standards of personal presentation. Stay calm and organised under pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Show flexibility by covering shifts for holidays or sickness and adapting to varying workloads. Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other service lines. Adhere to site protocols, including emergency procedures and confidentiality requirements.
