Role Overview

Shifts: Monday-Friday (no weekends - flexibility available) Hours: 10 - 20 hours per week, commencing from 4 pm onwards - flexibility available

Key Accountabilities:

General Cleaning:

Thoroughly clean all areas, including offices, toilets, common areas, and other designated spaces.

Waste Management:

Collect and dispose of rubbish and recyclable materials appropriately.

Surface Maintenance:

Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and sanitise floors, carpets, and surfaces.

Equipment Handling:

Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Restock Supplies:

Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.

Report Issues:

Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Lead.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.

Additional Tasks:

Perform other related duties to ensure the site's smooth operation.

Our ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good time management skills.

Location:

This role requires you to work on-site at our modern manufacturing facility outside Hereford. Before applying, please make sure you can commute to Coldwell Radio Station, Madley, Herefordshire, HR2 9NE.

BPSS Compliant:

Due to the nature of our work, all roles require candidates to be BPSS compliant.
