Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, presentable, and welcoming. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept clean and organised according to company standards. Communicate effectively in English with clients and team members to understand specific cleaning requirements. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns professionally. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at each site. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks as needed. This is a key holder position so there is some flexibility
