Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained in good condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks.
