Job Description
Working Hours - Either 6am-8am or 5pm-7pm (Mon - Fri)
Paid Monthly on 25th of each month - working 1st until end of the month.
To facilitate our cleaning to deliver cleaning solutions to our tenants and clients within our soft services portfolio. The role entails coverage of a small commercial office building cleaning the communal areas, lifts and washrooms/shower rooms. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Clean and sanitise restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Adhere to company policies and procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Excellent time management skills to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
