Cleaning Operative required for part time position

Monday to Friday - 7am - 12pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly and used safely. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage time efficiently.
