We are seeking reliable and experienced post-construction cleaners to join our ever growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our construction clients.

Driving is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Perform post-build, show home, sales office & site welfare cleaning duties: de-taping windows, scraping floors, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping everything down, and restroom cleaning.

Full training given

Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals according to safety guidelines

Inspect and report any damages or repairs required

Follow all health and safety regulations

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

Ensure client satisfaction and respond to any complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:

? Cleaning experience required but not essential as full training will be given.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

? Availability to work the hours stated on the ad.

? Driving will be required

you will have to have to apply for a CSCS card to work on the building sites, which we will pay for.
