Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure effective sanitation Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or specialised sanitation procedures Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning needs

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols is desirable Valid driving licence and own transport is essential Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with team members and clients Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships Strong communication skills are necessary to coordinate tasks efficiently and report issues clearly
