Cleaner (Specialising in Post-Construction, End of Tenancy & Airbnb)

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, with a specific focus on post-construction, end-of-tenancy, and Airbnb properties. You'll ensure all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for new occupants or guests. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Execute thorough post-construction cleans, removing all debris, dust, and residues to prepare properties for handover.
Conduct comprehensive end-of-tenancy cleans, ensuring properties are meticulously cleaned from top to bottom for new tenants.
Provide efficient and high-standard cleaning services for Airbnb properties, ensuring quick turnarounds and immaculate presentation for incoming guests.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to a professional standard.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages promptly.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties.
Drive to different locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their specific cleaning needs.
Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Proven experience in post-construction, end-of-tenancy, or Airbnb cleaning is highly preferred.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks as needed, often with tight deadlines for property turnovers.
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.88-14.90 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
