Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Dispose of waste properly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other consumables to ensure availability at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability initiatives. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by supervisors.

Experience

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas meet hygiene requirements. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues clearly. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided on proper handling and use.
