Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors in designated areas. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites. A proactive approach to work with attention to detail is essential.
