We are currently looking for a cleaning operative to work at our site Hason Padeswood, Chester , CH7 4HB , Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm

Pay Rate 12.60

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are tidy and presentable, including communal spaces, restrooms, and offices. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs to management. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
