Overview
We are seeking a reliable site Cleaning Operative to join our Soft Services team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service standards.
Responsibilities
Cleaning of communal toilets, communal dining areas, office areas & corridors to a site specification covering all cleaning points in each area. Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and effectively. Respond to client requests and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
