Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required. Dispose of waste materials and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Excellent communication skills to report issues or feedback clearly and effectively.
