Cleaning Operative (Ref 24134)

Location:

Salisbury, Wiltshire

Salary:

22,477.00 per annum, plus benefits

Hours:

Monday-Friday 7.30am-3pm (35 hours per week)

The job role

Vacuum, dust and spot clean all common areas, hallways and patios, paying special attention to the main entry area. Specific items to check are carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows and light fixtures. Deep clean communal areas including Library, Bistro, Lounges, Salon and guest suite Follow sanitation and safety procedures. Complete any other tasks as required by our customers following appropriate training guidelines.

Skills & Experience

Customer service

- a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.

Communication

- a natural communicator, warm and friendly and able to make customers feel valued

Health & Safety

- an understanding of the importance of health & safety, experience of dealing with challenging or emergency situations

Organisation

- organised, methodical and able to prioritise tasks effectively

Personal

- an outgoing personality, with the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers, self-motivated, pro-active, team oriented, and innovative.
