We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and excellent customer service are highly valued. You will ideally be based in the Perth area, we cover Perthshire, Central and Fife with the odd one off job further afield.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use. Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management promptly. Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet specific cleaning requirements. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is required. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude. Valid driving licence is a must for roles requiring travel between sites. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
