Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments. This position requires effective communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive to different locations as needed.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Uphold customer service standards by being courteous and professional at all times.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
