We're looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team in

St Asaph, Denbighshire

. You'll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day cleaning operations. This is a great opportunity to join Sodexo, a world-leading facilities management company offering real career progression.


What you'll do:

Deliver high standards of housekeeping and cleaning across offices, laboratories, production, amenity areas, and washrooms in line with client specifications. Respond to customer needs promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times. Support with kitchen and service area cleanliness, including waste removal, washing up, and stock replenishment. Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure all consumables are replenished. Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements, reporting hazards or near misses.

What you bring:

Proven experience in cleaning and/or customer service within a similar role. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with customers, clients, and colleagues. Good knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards, with high levels of personal hygiene. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to business needs. Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to service excellence, and professional appearance. Problem-solving mindset with a positive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
