The Precision Facilities Operative is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of deep cleaning across designated areas in accordance with a structured cleaning schedule. This role complements general housekeeping operations and plays a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all campus users. A strong emphasis is placed on attention to detail, efficiency, and minimizing disruption to building occupants.



Key Responsibilities

Perform deep cleaning of floors, corridors, washrooms, lifts, stairwells, and changing rooms. Clean all surfaces including doors, vents, walls, skirting boards, and high-touch areas. Maintain cleaning standards as per Sodexo guidelines and client requirements. Manage daily tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities. Follow health and safety protocols, reporting hazards and using equipment responsibly.


Skills & Qualifications

Experience in professional cleaning with knowledge of industry standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle pressure.
