Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while on duty.

Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively in English. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
