Job Description

We are currently seeking a Construction Cleaning Operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in construction sites and ensuring that all areas are left clean and safe for use.

We operate in the east and west of Scotland.

Responsibilities:

Carry out a range of cleaning tasks in construction sites, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of surfaces and equipment Remove and dispose of construction debris, such as scrap materials and packaging, in accordance with health and safety regulations Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean and sanitize surfaces Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or damages to the supervisor Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to cleaning tasks
Requirements:

Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar role is preferred but full training will be given to the right candidate. Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently once trained. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions use of a mobile phone for training and scheduling Able to meet in at allocated pick up points via South Lanarkshire We look for someone who can good attributes, Skills and Qualities.
