The role:

This job will be suited to someone who is confident in working independently, as part of a small team, and has a keen eye for detail. Sphere Cleaning Services prides itself on delivering high standards across the board for all provided services.

The role will be focused mainly within Thanet, with some work in Canterbury, and will support the current maintenance and cleaning team to continue providing high-standard cleaning.

This position focuses on cleaning in communal spaces in blocks of flats and apartments. Main duties will involve dusting, wiping, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of these areas, and to generally keep the areas to a clean, high standard.

Full training will be provided as well as training/induction on standards, cleaning methods, health and safety, working at height etc. PPE, uniform, cleaning equipment and supplies will also be provided. The candidate will be required to have their own vehicle and be confident driving to sites.

The hourly pay for this role ranges between 12.60 and 13.00 depending on experience.
