Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in residential or commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and maintained in good condition. Drive to various locations as required, adhering to all road safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow. Follow established cleaning protocols and health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for the role. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity in instructions and feedback. Pay: 12.21 per hour
