Job Description
WE NEED YOU - Are you a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner with a good work ethic? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team and carry out high-standard cleans on void properties and individual rooms.
Covering Torfaen, Newport, Monmouthshire and Blaenau Gwent our Team play a vital role ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of fully managed accommodation facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deep cleaning of void (vacant) properties, including carpet cleaning and bed linen changes, to prepare them for new tenants Cleaning of individual rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas Removal of waste and unwanted items Sanitising surfaces and ensuring properties meet hygiene standards Reporting any maintenance issues or damage Working independently, as part of a small team Provide a professional and approachable presence
What we are looking for - Essential Skills
Previous cleaning experience preferred but if not we can provide training Attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work independently Ability to follow Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines Good time management and reliability Full UK driving Licence
