About the Role

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will:

Oversee and support a team of cleaners in one of our many locations Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations Work closely with management to maintain high cleaning standards and the daily running of the company Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure all tasks are completed to specification Assist with hands-on cleaning Maintain stock levels and report any issues promptly
Requirements

Previous supervisory experience is essential Strong background in commercial or professional cleaning Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to lead a team with confidence Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Hours: 20 hours per week Location: Portstewart
