Join Our Team for a dual role as a Supervisor Cleaner and Junior Office Administrator / co-ordinator

We're looking for someone special to join our family run Molly Maid Croydon and Coulsdon office team from 9:30am - 2:30pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

APPLICATION CRITERIA: MUST HAVE A VALID UK MANUAL DRIVERS LICINSE
NON DRIVERS CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED for this Role
What we are Looking For:
Must have a full uk manual drivers licence-
Unfortunately due to requirement of the job role non-drivers cannot be considered .
Must Live 15-20m min travel distance by car to Kenley / South Croydon
A warm, approachable people -person who enjoys working in a team.
A candidate looking to get back to work as children have started school and have childcare for holidays
A person who loves cleaning and has a good eye for detail.
Applicant who can multi -task and be organised and systematic in their approach to work - a person who likes to keep things ticking along smoothly.
You must Confident and efficient with calls, emails and day-to-day admin so good command of English
Happy to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed (including the occasional clean).
A good communicator who enjoys being part of a team.
A good sense of humour
Previous office administrative/ coordinating experience or cleaning supervisor experience beneficial ......but not necessary as training provided .
What the role entails:
Your role will be varied, but always people/ Customer focused.
Assisting with training staff to clean the MOLLY MAID way ,and you need to have the flexibility to help with cleaning when needed- to cover annual leave, busy periods and during training new staff
Responding to client inquiries promptly and selling the MOLLY MAID Service.
Attending estimates (quotes) for prospective customers
Looking after our lovely customers --from answering calls, replying to emails, making care calls, and ensuring they always feel heard and valued.
Assisting in keeping everything running smoothly -- from scheduling teams to preparing materials , stock control and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready for our teams
Assisting in helping us grow -- posting friendly updates on social media, following up new inquiries, and sharing the word about our services.

Company car if needed where insurance MoT and service is paid .
